They came my house clean to my carpets, they were quite gentle & to much professional and deal with an awesome price. i am fully satisfied work with them. Now I am absolute regular customer of them. Definitely great customer service!

I recently hired Oriental Rug Care to clean my rug. My rug was way over due for a cleaning and I knew a carpet cleaner couldn't clean it well enough to make me happy, so I called Oriental because I was referred to it by a neighbor. It looks like new, all the spots, wear marks etc were gone! I couldn't believe it, they totally exceeded my expectations. I've become so accustomed to getting poor quality work in south florida, but I am very happy and highly recommend this company!

We had a very costly 12' x 15' area rug cleaned after a water leak from the apartment above us. We went with Oriental Rug Care because they were recommended by our building's mgmt. office. We didn't shop around for price. The men arrived on time, were very nice, explained a few things about the cleaning process. We also showed them a 7 x 11 (cost ~$150) area soiled rug purchased from Bed Bath & Beyond. They said they'd clean that as well for the same price. Rugs came back on time and looked great. We then gave them two more very expensive 5 x 7 area rugs, which also came back on time and look more beautiful and fluffy than I remember them when new. Only...
